In coordination with other Research Development team members, this role implements processes, tools, and strategies to enhance faculty support, focusing on increasing proposal submissions and competitiveness for securing sponsored funding.Position Description<ul><li>Funding Opportunity Dissemination: Support efforts to disseminate information about funding opportunities to the FAS research community.</li><li>Prospecting Support: Utilizing knowledge of funding landscape and relevant databases, provide support for matching FAS faculty and program research areas with funders’ interests. As an auxiliary technology specialist, you will process meal plan changes and cancellations in the Admin Meal Plan Portal. You will be responsible for processing all Atrium System updates, including SCAD Card holder changes, the approval and saving of photos, and the production of all SCAD-issued ID cards using Fargo Connect technology. You will also participate in orientation for new students, process parking detail requests via TickeTrak, and encode ID cards for residential access in the Onity System.In this position, you will assist with printing ID cards for SCADnow students at the beginning of each quarter and maintaining the department email regarding meal plan changes/cancellations, replacement ID cards, and general department inquiries. You will also complete monthly audits of all office supplies to ensure items do not run out.
