Job Summary
The Physical Security Support Manager is responsible for assisting the Security System Director with monitoring the safety and security system database, developing and maintaining physical security design, management of integration partners, developing and maintaining training standards, and ensuring university stakeholders receive appropriate training as it relates to the security system. This position will provide oversight of the physical security systems and Wildcard program, developing policies and procedures to ensure all students, employees, and externals with bona fide purposes for credentialing can obtain physical and/or mobile credentials
This position will assist with ensuring university security standards are being applied appropriately across university expansion, to include reviewing proposed and ongoing security installations and notifying UKPD officials of any deviations from standard. This position will provide direct management of the Security System Analysts and Seniors, as well as the Wildcard Specialists.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Lenel and Salient Certification.

Preferred Education/Experience
5 years experience with Salient video management system and Lenel security management system preferred.
