Job Summary
The Statewide Program Coordinator position for KY NSF EPSCoR is primarily responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and coordinating activities for the KY NSF EPSCoR program and its participants. KY NSF EPSCoR is a $5M per year grant-funded program administered at the University of Kentucky with sponsor support from the National Science Foundation and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The program involves eight different postsecondary institutions across Kentucky, supports 200 participants annually, and involves hundreds of Kentuckians via outreach and community engagement activities. The Program Coordinator position will work closely with the KY NSF EPSCoR leadership team at implementing program activities/events and collecting/tracking data for progress reports given to the program’s sponsors. The Program Coordinator also provides administrative functions for hosting and organizing periodic meetings for the KY NSF EPSCoR program’s oversight Board—the Kentucky Statewide EPSCoR Committee.
