Job Summary

The Kentucky Injury Prevention and Research Center requires a Co-Manager of a CDC-funded core state injury prevention program (KVIPP), and a Coordinator of a statewide violence and injury prevention networking group (KSPAN). KVIPP works to engage in surveillance activities, strengthen strategic collaborations and partnerships, and conduct assessment and evaluation across priority topics of adverse childhood experiences, traumatic brain injury and transportation safety.

The specific job responsibilities include:
  • enhancing and coordinating KSPAN membership, projects, and impact
  • promotion and implementation of evidence-informed policies, programs, and interventions
  • managing, monitoring, and producing grant deliverables and deadlines
  • communicating and disseminating grant progress and outputs

Bachelors plus 7 years of related community engagement experience preferred.
