ASSISTANT OR ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
Bridgewater College seeks an Assistant or Associate Professor of Business Administration for a full-time tenure track position beginning May 2025. The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to teach courses in the Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management program which will launch June 2025. Based on the successful candidate’s qualifications, additional teaching in the undergraduate Business Administration major is also expected.
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Business, D.B.A., or related field (ABD considered if expected completion before June 1, 2025).Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate successful teaching experience, practical business experience, the ability to work in a team environment, and the ability to relate their professional experience and knowledge to the needs and interests of students in a small college environment.
Pay is competitive, and salary is commensurate with experience. This full-time position offers a full benefits package, including paid tuition at the College for eligible dependents.
